Terms & Conditions

PICK UP AND RETURN :

All Rental equipment pick-up and return is at Cinerent's office of No. 7 Cumberland Road, Kowloon Tong,  Kowloon, Hong Kong. Rental equipment must be returned to the office by 10 a.m. to avoid an extra full day rental charge. Where delivery or pick-up is undertaken by the company, such delivery or pick-up is

at the client's own risk and expenses.

EXTENSION OF HIRE :

To avoid inconvenience to other hirers, any extension of hire must be arranged prior to termination of original hire.

SHORTAGE/DAMAGE/MALFUNCTION :

It would be appreciated if any shortage/damage/malfunction be reported immediately upon return of equipment. WITHOUT THE PREVIOUS CONSENT of the company, hired equipment must not be used on any abnormal or hazardous assignment, taken out of Hong Kong, taken on board ships, boats, etc., or

taken from the ground other than on a regular scheduled flight by a recognized airline.

PRICE CHANGES :

Rental prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars.

SUB-HIRE :

The parties hereto expressly agree that the hirer shall retain the equipment for their own personal use and shall not part with possession of same or otherwise sub-lease, sub-hire or assign the benefit of this agreement to any other person or corporation with the prior written consent of Cinerent Ltd.

LIABILITIES

Except for normal wear and tear of rental equipment. The hirer assumes all responsibility for damage to and/or loss of rental equipment. Insurance for full replacement value ex our office is the responsibility of the hirer, Cinerent Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage by leasing equipment whether to the

hirer or its property of any other person, firm or corporation or to the property of any other person, firm or corporation, nor shall Cinerent Ltd, be liable for any delay or failure thereof, or for any interruption of use of same or loss resulting there from. Cinerent Ltd's liability. If any, for furnishing the wrong or defective

equipment to the hirer is limited to a rebate of the rental charged for such equipment. The hirer hereby indemnifies Cinerent Ltd, its agents and employees from liability for any and all losses, damage, injuries, claims, demand and expenses, including legal expenses, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of the use and / or condition (including, without limitation, latent and other defects, whether or not discoverable by Cinerent Ltd. of the hirer equipment. The hirer will not assign, transfer or sublet its rights under this hire agreement, will not pledge, mortgage or encumber the leased equipment or its rights here under and the hirer will not permit same to be subjected to any lien, charge or encumbrance. In the event of losses or damage to the equipment hired, the hirer agrees to pay to Cinerent Ltd, all costs d f h i l t and expenses of such repair or replacement, and to pay rental, at the rate set forth, for such period of time until such lost or damaged equipment shall be replaced or repaired.
