The hirer hereby indemnifies Cinerent Ltd, its agents and employees from liability for any and all losses, damage,injuries, claims, demand and expenses, including legalexpenses, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of the use and / or condition (including, without limiation, latent and other defects, whether or not discoversble by Cinerent Ltd.) of the hirer equipment. The hirer will not assign, transfer or sublet its rights under this hire agreement, will not pledge, mortgage or encumder the leased equipment or its rights hereunder and the hirer will not permit same to be subjected to any lien, charge or encumbrance. In the event of losses or damage to the equipment hired, the hirer agrees to pay to Cinerent Ltd, all costs and expenses of such repair or replacement, and to pay rental, at the rate set forth, for such period of time until such lost or damagedequioment shall be replaced or repaired.
