| The parties hereto expressly agree that the hirer shall retain the equipment for their own personal use and shall not part with possession of same or otherwise sub-lease, sub-hire or assign the benefit of this agreement to any other person or corportaion with the prior written consent of Cinerent Ltd. |
| Except for normal wear and tear of rental equipment. The hirer assumes all responsibity for damage to and/or loss of rental equipment. Insurance for full replacement value ex our office is the responsibility of the hirer. Cinerent Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage by leasing equipment whether to the hirer or its property of any other person, firm or corporation or to the property of any other person, firm or corporation, nor shall Cinerent Ltd, be lible for any delay or failure thereof,or for any interruption of use of same or loss resulting therefrom. |
